Our mission is to unite businesswomen through professionalism, practiced networking, and sisterhood in a way that benefits both members and their future employers.

AWIB hosts events to foster professional development through a network of women. Each semester we partake in numerous socials and fundraisers, as well as special interest group events.

​

We also encourage our members to join one of our five committees, which meet monthly to build a great sisterhood. Our different committees include Finance, External Affairs, Human Resources, Events, Member Development and Marketing. Within these committees, a member will receive not only more responsibility, but also opportunities for more socializing and fun!
