AWIB hosts events to foster professional development through a network of women. Each semester we partake in numerous socials and fundraisers, as well as special interest group events. 

 

We also encourage our members to join one of our six committees, which meet monthly to build a great sisterhood. Our different committees include Finance, External Affairs, Human Resources, Events, Member Development and Marketing. Within these committees, a member will receive not only more responsibility, but also opportunities for more socializing and fun! 

 

Our vision this year is to empower women to reach their full potential within our organization by creating a diverse and inclusive environment for our members to grow.
